General Terms and Conditions of Sale

DURATION OF STAY

The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed term may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.


RESERVATION AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The reservation becomes effective once the client has sent the full payment to the owner. By this payment, the client confirms their full and entire agreement with the general conditions specified below. Prices are in EUROS, VAT included, breakfast and tourist tax (0.77 €) included.


CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

The client can cancel their stay free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. From the 6th day before the stay, the total amount for the stay remains due. For any interruption of the stay before the scheduled departure date, the total amount for the stay also remains due. In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival day, the total remains due.


CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER

The owner shall refund the tenant all sums paid, as well as an indemnity at least equal to that which the tenant would have borne if the cancellation had occurred through their fault on that date.


ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

The client must arrive on the specified day of the reservation, between 2 PM and 7 PM. In case of early or late arrival, the client must inform the owner. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest. Luggage can be kept while waiting for the room or after vacating it.


BREAKFAST

Breakfasts are served on the terrace, in the room, or in the breakfast room between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.


SETTLEMENT OF THE BALANCE

In case of a deposit payment, the payment of the balance is to be settled on-site during the stay.


USE OF THE PREMISES

The client agrees to respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them according to their destination. They agree to return the rooms in the state in which they found them and to declare any eventual damage for which they could be responsible and assume the repairs. The establishment is non-smoking except for the outdoors. The establishment is unfortunately not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.


CAPACITY

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional persons.


PETS

Pets are not accepted at the Castle.


MODES OF PAYMENT

The payment of the deposit is made by credit card (remote payment or via a secure link) or in cash. The balance of the stay can be paid by credit card or cash. The following cards are accepted: CB, VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO.
